About Me...
Hi! My name is Kate. I was a competitive gymnast throughout my childhood and have been doing CrossFit now for about 8 years. A staple throughout my entire fitness journey has been the importance of nutrition not only to perform as an athlete, but more importantly to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. My passion for nutrition has since led me to become a certified nutrition coach start my own 1:1 nutrition program. I now have the opportunity to support individuals on their journey to a healthy lifestyle, just as my own nutritionists have done for me.
No matter if you want to lose fat, gain muscle, improve your performance in the gym, increase your nutritional knowledge, or just get healthy… you are not alone on this journey!
