At Simply Clean, our vision is to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through a personalized, uncomplicated approach to nutrition.

We believe that clean eating should be approachable, enjoyable, and tailored to each person's unique lifestyle and preferences, leading to simplicity and nourishment in their everyday lives.

But food is just one piece of nutrition. By providing individualized guidance and support surrounding food, sleep, movement, and stress, we aim to cultivate simple, healthy habits that support lasting change.

Simplicity

Eating clean simply starts with eating real, whole foods that are minimally processed and full of nutrients. Focusing on whole foods that are in their natural state increases the intake of nutrients that support lifelong health, while decreasing the intake of harmful additives found in processed foods. It's that simple!

Holisitic

Nutrition is more than just the food on your plate. Sleep, energy, and stress all play a role in lifelong health. We take into account sleep quality/quantity, energy and stress levels throughout your whole day, and more, as we work together on your journey towards your goals. 

Empowerment

Filling your tool-box with useful information and practices will allow you to take control of your nutrition, and build sustainable habits. You will be able to use those tools to implement simple changes that support an ongoing life of health and wellness. You are capable of anything you put your mind to!

Personalization

All individuals are unique, with their own genetics, goals, lifestyles, and values. Therefore, there is no single "mold" of a nutritional plan that fits all individuals. Your own adjustable, individualized nutritional plan will be created though shared discussions to align with your goals and fit into your daily routine. I will meet you where you are at!

About Me...

Hi! My name is Kate. I was a competitive gymnast throughout my childhood and have been doing CrossFit now for about 8 years. A staple throughout my entire fitness journey has been the importance of nutrition not only to perform as an athlete, but more importantly to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. My passion for nutrition has since led me to become a certified nutrition coach start my own 1:1 nutrition program. I now have the opportunity to support individuals on their journey to a healthy lifestyle, just as my own nutritionists have done for me.   ​

No matter if you want to lose fat, gain muscle, improve your performance in the gym, increase your nutritional knowledge, or just get healthy… you are not alone on this journey! As a coach I am here to educate, support, and guide through making simple changes that are not only sustainable, but also individualized to your current goals, values, and lifestyle.
